Just a quick update
Not that many people care, but I just wanted to do a quick update, well, because I can. anyway, I have been doing Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred and am actually feeling pretty good about it. A lot of people have said that rather than seeing a change in the numbers of the scale, they have been seeing changes in toning and general fitness. I am not very surprised by this. Doing a 20 minute workout, I am not expecting to see anything crazy. With my busy work schedule, it just makes the most sense at this point during the summer. Usually, my weight fluctuates a few pounds every day anyway which probably has to do with general summer living. I am completely ok with this. Crank-down time begins when I get to school in 3 weeks. Anyway, I have lost a total of around 13-18 pounds (depending on the day) and I am feeling pretty good. in the beginning the weight just came right off and I am hoping when I get back into the swing of things, I can continue that way.
